Quantum Leap may have been canceled by NBC, but thanks to the wonderful workings of Burfield, Cogburn, and Co., Dr. Sam Beckett and his holographic buddy Admiral Albert "Al" Calavicci are back once again righting wrongs as far back as 1953 and as far forward as the early twenty-first century. They started writing for TVS in the summer of '99 and the first episode "aired" on September 19, 1999. There are now over 30 people who've written for the series.
Double The Leap, Double The Danger THE SEASON PREMIERE!
Written by:

Denison, Texas
After putting Al's life back together in Mirror Image(the final televised episode of Quantum Leap) and the blue light of leaping fades, Dr. Sam Beckett finds himself in a leap complicated by an emotional situation.
As 16 year old Ryan Dutcher, Sam feels hobbled by the family situation surrounding him. Unable to cope with the emotional whirlwind dogging his every thought, he slowly loses contact with Al and the Project. How can he save himself as well as Ryan's family and schoolmates from certain destruction without an Observer to guide him? This is the only episode where Dr. Beckett leaps into twins and is reminiscent of the televised episode where Sam leapt into Lee Harvey Oswald. Sam's spirit was divided between the twin brothers whilst at the project Sam's body had both the twins' brainwave patterns inside him.
Some of the episodes aired may not be suitable for children, ages 10 and under. Reader discretion is advised. This announcement is constant and will not be deleted.
If you're interested in writing for TVS, feel free to think up ideas, map them out, and write it. You may ask for help with editing or request a co-writer by registering an account at the message board if need be. This series is the work of the fans of Quantum Leap.
Scott Bakula(Star Trek: Enterprise, Major League: Back to the Minors) as Dr. Samuel Beckett
Dean Stockwell(Married to the Mob, Air Force One) as Rear Admiral Al Calavicci
Deborah Pratt as the narrator and voice of Ziggy in one TV episode.
