I just can't picture Jack Nicholson as a father! Steven Weber makes a great dad!

Yupper, I was very impressed by his performance. It was nearly flawless imo. lol...I can't believe I spent about 12 hours watching that and Rose Red afterward. I think that's the longest I've ever sat in front of the tube. Those movies were just too good to pass up though.

They were both great. I've seen both of them a few times. Did you ever see "Storm of the Century" with Tim Daly?

Nope...I've only ever seen one other thing with tim daly and off hand I can't remember what it was. I just it was him as himself on a commercial flight and one of the main characters was a fan of his and she kept pestering him if I recall.

Yeah, that was an epiosde of "Monk". "It's titled Mr. Monk and the Airplane", one of my favorites. It also features Tony's wife, Brooke Adams, the grumpy flight attendant named Leigh. Sharona was the woman pestering him about a movie deal he was going to take.
Storm of the Century is really good. Tim was brilliant.
I like both versions of The Shining. Jack Nicholson was scary! LOL

Has anybody seen the movie "Sexual Life". Reason I ask is because Steven Weber has a part in it. Ran across it at the video store Wednesday night and would have got it if I new that he was in it. Didn't find that out until this morning when I went to IMDB. "Reefer Madness: The Musical" was also there. Haven't seen that either and want to see how good he is at singing.

He sang just a little on Wings. Enough for me to tell he had a pretty good voice.

Just got done watching Stephen King's Desperation tonight on ABC. Great movie, I was really impressed. The last couple of Stephen King movies haven't been that good but this one was well produced. Anybody else watch it??

I watched it. It was alright. Could have been better. With it being on network TV, it didn't give it much freedom for a lot of gore, or much of anything else. And it could have done without Annabeth Gish. She annoys me to no end. Funny thing that I noticed was that David kid was in a "Monk" episode.

I liked Steven Weber in it, but thought the movie started off exciting, then got a little boring in the middle. Sometimes I think Stephen King is losing his touch. Did anyone happen to see him in the movie? I was looking for him throughout the whole thing, but didn't see him.
