To tell the truth, a lot of British men are hot. Even if they aren't great looking, all they have to do is speak and OMG!

They probably did it because they believe he is a fake. For me, I think he has a gift, but fame kind of has clouded him. When it comes to his channeling or possessions, he appears as hamming it up a bit. Even Yvette supposedly has referred to him as a "fake bastard". I'll add one. Simon Baker  |

I think the quest for fame is hurting him, although he does have the ability. Yvette shouldn't have blasted him like that, and tried to pretend she is totally innocent. The fact that he never said anything bad about her afterward just proves what a good person he is. I would trust him over her anyday. BTW, the person who said something to me about liking him didn't do it because she thought he was fake, she did it because she is a Christian. |

Ah, I see.
I really don't know what Yvette's problem is with Derek. As far as I know, she hasn't ripped on David Wells, or any of the other psychic/mediums.

If anyone told him to "fake" possessions (actually channeling because he says he doesn't get "Possessed" it was probably Yvette and Karl. So then she had to protest too much after.
