Synopsis:
This Cheers spinoff* starts with the reunion of two brothers, Joe and Brian Hackett, and their formerly overweight friend, Helen Chappel. They were the threesome known as “the Three Musketeers”. Brian, who is now in the Caribbean flying charter flights, was recently separated from his wife Carol who left him for another man and was engaged to Joe before she left him to be with Brian.
At the urging of Helen, Joe calls Brian to invite him to the island of Nantucket. Brian arrives and they open the suitcase that came from their late father. Inside, they find a key to a safety deposit box. Expecting to find a forune, the two head to the bank only to find another key which goes to a lock in Boston. The trail of keys continue all over Boston until they come back to Nantucket with no clue as to where the current key goes. Frustrated with the wild goose chase, the strained peace between the brothers dissolves.
As Brian is about to walk through the gate, Fay announces that the key goes to one of the lockers at Tom Nevers Field airport. Inside is another suitcase with nothing but joke snakes and a picture of Joe and Brian together as kids. Their father’s last wish was to have his two sons reunited and that wish was granted as Brian accepts Joe’s job offer to work at Sandpiper Air.

*It’s the same type of spinoff as NCIS. That show is a spinoff of JAG and uses none of the characters in the main cast from JAG not including special guest stars from the sister series.
