Written by:Janet Leahy Directed by:Leonard R. Garner Jr. NBC Broadcast Date:December 17, 1992 Joe's irritation of getting charged a rewind fee for a returned videotape which he believes was rewound, ends up costing the nice old lady at the Video Store her job. His chagrin deepens when he finds out that the tape hadn't been rewound (Lowell had watched it after Joe did and never rewound it), and more guilt is heaped upon his shoulders when he finds out the lady suffered a stroke following her termination. He visits the woman at the hospital, only to find her entire family present, and she seems to recover after hearing his apologetic words. Very Frank Capra like! Steve Tom Nevers Owner
