It's a toss up between Cliff and Norm for me, but I voted Cliff just because he can be so ridiculous with his know-it-all mentality!

I voted Cliff also. Just cause he is a big goof! The episode with Norm and Cliff was hilarious!

It was a tough decision, but I voted for Frasier. He was in one of my all-time favorite eps, "Planes, Trains, and Visiting Cranes". He worked on Joe & Helen like he did with Sam & Diane in the 3rd season. BTW, there was a Friends fanfic written in which Ross seeks help from the radio psychiatrist, Dr. Frasier Crane, about Rachel. So, according to that story, Frasier helped 3 couples. And in a way also helped Niles & Daphne get together by pulling a "Chandler" and accidentally revealing to Daphne Niles' feeling for her.
