Monk, Natalie, and Julie are stuck in a traffic jam as a result of a multi-car collision blocking the freeway. Adrian gets out to investigate and discovers that the man in the overturned VW which caused the collision was murdered and did not die from the accident. His body was placed in the car to make it look like an accident.
