Well, I saw the conversation about cartoons in the TV shows on DVD thread and I thought the subject deserves it's own thread.
I've always been a huge cartoon fan. When I was little I used to watch Danger Mouse, Tom and Jerry, The Merry Melodies toons, Garfield and Friends, Heathcliff, Voltron, Thundercats and Inspector Gadget. I think my generation grew up in the classic cartoon age. All of the ones we had sure beat the pants off of the likes of Spongebob...lol
The ones I watch nowadays are Futurama, Family Guy and the Simpsons.

I like "SpongeBob"! "Family Guy", "American Dad" and "The Simpsons," I always watch those shows. I guess you could say they're my new favorites.

I've never heard of American Dad. What network is that on?

I like SpongeBob, too. But I've never watched Family Guy. From seeing the commercials, I just don't get it, I guess. Why does that little kid talk like that? Never heard of American Dad either. I also used to watch Doug and Hey, Arnold. Oh, and going back quite a few years, Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers, Animaniacs, etc.

I think American Dad is a newer cartoon on Fox.
I have so many favorite cartoons. I used to watch Underdog when I was a kid and loved it. Pink Panther also rocks and so do the following right off the top of my head (more than this though!): Any Looney Tunes, Ren & Stimpy, Popeye, Woody Woodpecker, and Beavis & Butthead.

When I was younger my brother and I were obsessed with Beavis and Butthead. We would go around acting like them. :X
I loved Ren and Stimpy! Magic nose goblins! LOL
Looney Tunes are still the best cartoons ever made, IMO.

Looney Tunes are the best cartoons ever made and I don't think they will ever be topped. They are wonderful for children and I really don't understand why they don't show them these days.
They started putting them on DVD two years ago but the are really expensive.

So do I. He's my favorite, after Bugs.
